You can return an item purchased online with a credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal for a refund or an exchange by visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Peter Alexander, Smiggle, Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand).
Simply take the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice that comes with your parcel, or your confirmation email into store and speak with the team.
We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay, Zip or Humm was used as tender.
An item purchased online using Afterpay, Zip or Humm as tender can only be exchanged in store for product or a gift card. Gift Cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
Returns & refunds will be accepted provided the conditions in our Refund & Exchange Policy have been met.
