An item purchased online using Afterpay, Zip, or Humm as tender can be:
- Returned for a refund by posting it to our online store returns & exchanges address. See How do I return an item for details.
- Exchanged in store for product or a gift card by visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Peter Alexander, Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Smiggle, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand). Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay, Zip or Humm have been used as tender.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the conditions of Refund & Exchange Policy being met.
